THE FITOKIO STORY
FITOKIO is a personal training gym located in Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur, operated by TAC & IDCJ Wellness Sdn. Bhd.. As a Japanese-owned fitness club in Malaysia, we bring world-class health knowledge into a local context, focusing on safe, sustainable, and personalized progress.
Our journey began in April 2021 in Bangsar, where we opened Malaysia’s first LAVA stone studio with a personal training gym. Over time, we built a strong reputation for offering tailored fitness and wellness services, delivered in a private and supportive environment.
In March 2025, we relocated to Mont Kiara, transforming FITOKIO into a full-fledged wellness hub. Today, our services include personal training, premium 3D massage, kids’ classes, and corporate wellness programs, designed to meet the needs of individuals, families, and organizations.
At FITOKIO, we believe true health is about balance — in body, lifestyle, and mindset. Our mission is simple: to make healthy living a natural part of everyday life in Malaysia.
