Kei has built his expertise through five years of hands-on experience in Malaysia’s fitness and wellness industry, working with clients to improve mobility, posture, overall movement quality, and body composition.
His approach goes beyond fitness—he provides practical guidance on daily habits, stress management, and long-term well-being to help individuals live healthier and happier lives.
He also led a health education project at a vocational school in Perlis, where he adapted health concepts to align with Malaysian culture and lifestyle.
